Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SMS-Agency or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Our tools may allow you to enter, upload, or submit content such as business information, financial data, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you submit.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
Important Note: Most of our tools are designed to work entirely in your browser. This means that the data you enter (such as financial information in calculators, invoice details, etc.) is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our tools will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
